Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every card is made to order specifically for you. Please review this policy before purchasing.

Order cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet entered production. Once an order has entered production or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will cancel it and return your payment in full.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Change of mind

Because every card is custom made to order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only where required — for example, an order we cancel after payment, a duplicate charge, or where otherwise required by law. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
