Because our cards are made-to-order original designs, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse. However, your satisfaction matters to us:
- Damaged or defective: If your order arrives damaged or has a printing defect, contact us within 14 days with photos and we’ll send a replacement.
- Wrong item: If we shipped the wrong card, we’ll correct it at no cost to you.
- Lost in transit: Reach out and we’ll help track it down or replace it.
