Every order is made to order and ships from Lubbock, Texas, USA. We ship worldwide. 🌎
- Processing time: orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday — weekends and holidays aren’t counted). For example, an order placed Friday evening would ship the following Monday–Wednesday.
- Carrier & tracking: we ship via USPS Ground Advantage (within the US). A shipping-confirmation email with your tracking number is sent as soon as your order goes out; tracking is included on domestic orders and on international orders where the destination supports it.
- Shipping cost: rates are calculated and shown at checkout — a flat USPS rate within the US, and a flat rate by region for international.
- Delivery estimate: after shipping, domestic USPS Ground Advantage typically arrives in about 2–5 business days. International delivery typically takes 1–4 weeks depending on destination and customs. Delivery times after hand-off to the carrier are outside our control.
- Packaging: cards ship protected (sleeve + rigid mailer). Adult (18+) orders ship in discreet, unmarked packaging.
International orders: any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your destination country are the buyer’s responsibility and aren’t included in our shipping price.
